I believe the answer is:

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'stacks' is the definition.
Although both the answer and definition are singular nouns, I cannot see how they can define each other.

'after a little rabbit hop' is the wordplay.
'after' is a charade indicator (letters next to each other).
'little rabbit' becomes 'bun' (I am not sure about the 'little' bit.).
'hop' becomes 'dance' (I've seen this before).
'a' next to 'bun' is 'abun'.
'abun'+'dance'='ABUNDANCE'

(Other definitions for abundance that I've seen before include "A good deal", "Plenty, profusion", "Large amount, sometimes more than is needed", "Ample sufficiency or great plenty.", "Host".)

I've seen this clue in Sydney Morning Herald.
