'be?' is the definition.
I know nothing about this answer so I cannot judge whether it can be defined by this definition.

'stopping at nothing to show how expansive one' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'stopping' could be 'going' (going is a kind of stopping) and 'going' is located in the answer.
'nothing' could be 'o' (looks like zero - 0) and 'o' is found within the answer.
'one' could be 'any' (any one) and 'any' is found in the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...

'can' acts as a link.
