Teams in agreement with Mr Lynam? (5)
I believe the answer is:
sides
'teams in agreement' is the definition.
'sides' can be an answer for 'teams' (eg football sides). I am unsure of the 'in agreement' bit.
'with mr lynam?' is the wordplay.
'with' means one lot of letters go next to another.
'mr' becomes 'Sid'.
'lynam?' becomes 'es' (I can't justify this - if you can you should give a lot more credence to this answer).
'sid'+'es' is 'SIDES'.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for sides that I've seen before include "Flanks, or opposing teams" , "Opposing teams or facets" , "Lines" , "Faces" , "Teams or flat surfaces" .)
