The Telegraph, say -- not alluring in part of Wales (5)
I believe the answer is:
organ
'part of wales' is the definition.
'organ' can be an answer for 'part' (organ is a kind of part). I'm unsure of the 'of wales' bit.
I don't understand the remainder of the clue.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for organ that I've seen before include "Stopped instrument" , "notes issue from this" , "Church keyboard instrument" , "With prompt enthusiasm" , "Church instrument - heart, perhaps" .)
