Today’s “foreign” name at centre of problem?! (5,4)
I believe the answer is:
queen mary
'at centre of problem?' is the definition.
I can't judge whether this defines the answer.
'today's foreign name' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
an anagram of 'name' is 'enma' which is located in the answer.
The remaining letters 'query' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for queen mary that I've seen before include "Famous old ocean liner now in California" , "Cunard's flagship when launched in 1934" .)
