I know nothing about this answer so I cannot tell whether this works.
'possibly not a sweet' is the wordplay.
'possibly' indicates anagramming the letters.
'not'+'a'+'sweet'='notasweet'
'notasweet' with letters rearranged gives 'WENT TO SEA'.
