Ross

I believe the answer is:

railroad

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'transport' is the definition.
(I know this)

'track providing two' is the wordplay.
'track' becomes 'rail' (synonyms).
'providing two' becomes 'road' (I am not sure about this - if you are sure you should give a lot more credence to this answer).
'rail'+'road'='RAILROAD'

'methods of' is the link.
I am not very happy about this link. Some or all of it may belong to another bit of the clue.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for railroad that I've seen before include "Bully" , "Unfairly force into decision - way for train" , "Rush (someone) into doing something" , "[DRAGOON]" , "Push through unduly" .)

I've seen this clue in The Irish Independent.
