'trouble' indicates an anagram.
'over'+'a'+'nude'='overanude'
'overanude' with letters rearranged gives 'ENDEAVOUR'.

(Other definitions for endeavour that I've seen before include "Morse" , "Make a serious effort" , "Enterprise; earnest effort" , "First space shuttle to visit the International Space Station" , "hard work" .)
