Turn cold before rise -- this factor cooling? (4,5)
I believe the answer is:
wind chill
'cold before rise this factor cooling?' is the definition.
I know nothing about this answer so I can't judge whether this works.
'turn' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'turn' could be 'chill' (chilling is a kind of turning) and 'chill' is found in the answer.
The remaining letters 'wind' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
Can you help me to learn more?
I've seen this clue in The Telegraph.
