Two-wheeled cart seen behind tower? (7)
I believe the answer is:
tractor
'tower?' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'two-wheeled cart seen behind' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
an anagram of 'cart' is 'trac' which is present in the answer.
The remaining letters 'tor' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for tractor that I've seen before include "Powerful farm vehicle for heavy work" , "Agricultural vehicle" , "I can draw" , "Agricultural machine" , "Tower" .)
