Under the table and out of sight? (5,5)
I believe the answer is:
blind drunk
'out of sight?' is the definition.
'blind drunk' can be an answer for 'out' (thesaurus). I'm not sure about the 'of sight?' bit.
'under the table' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'under the table' could be 'drunk' (I've seen this in another clue) and 'drunk' is present in the answer.
The remaining letters 'blind' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
'and' is the link.

(Another definition for blind drunk that I've seen is " blotto".)
