I believe the answer is:

latent talent

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'undiscovered' is the definition.
I know nothing about this answer so I can't tell whether this works.

'aptitude for the double anagram' is the wordplay.
'aptitude' becomes 'talent' (talent is a kind of aptitude).
'for' is a charade indicator (letters next to each other) (I've seen this in other clues).
'the double anagram' becomes 'latent' (I can't justify this - if you can you should believe this answer much more).
'talent' after 'latent' is 'LATENT TALENT'.

Can you help me to learn more?

I've seen this clue in The Globe and Mail.
