Unequal part aside (9)
I believe the answer is:
disparate
'unequal' is the definition.
(I've seen this in another clue)
'part aside' is the wordplay.
'part aside' anagrams to 'DISPARATE'.
However, I'm not clear how the anagram is indicated.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for disparate that I've seen before include "Contrasting" , "Quite different" , "Including elements very different from one another" .)
