Unsheathe, to make one talk (4,3)
I believe the answer is:
draw out
'make one talk' is the definition.
'draw out' can be an answer for 'make' (drawing out is a kind of making). I am unsure of the 'one talk' bit.
'unsheathe to' is the wordplay.
'unsheathe' becomes 'draw' (as in drawing a sword).
'to' becomes 'out' (I can't justify this - if you can you should believe this answer much more).
'draw'+'out'='DRAW OUT'
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for draw out that I've seen before include "Persuade (someone) to become more talkative" , "Elicit" , "Prolong" , "(Of days) become longer" .)
