'part of what comes from the heart' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'part' could be 'sinus' (sinus is a kind of part) and 'sinus' is located in the answer.
'of' could be 'o' and 'o' is located in the answer.
This may be the basis of clue (or it may be nonsense).
