Very odd choice (4)
I believe the answer is:
rare
This clue might be a double definition.
'very odd' is the first definition.
'rare' can be an answer for 'odd' (I've seen this in another clue). I'm not certain of the 'very' bit.
'choice' is the second definition.
(I've seen this before)
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for rare that I've seen before include "Still red inside (as hens' teeth?)" , "Exceptionable" , "Rear up to be uncommon" , "little done?" , "Meat that's lightly cooked" .)
