Where you can find students working together (2,6)
I believe the answer is:
in unison
'together' is the definition.
(I've seen this in another clue)
'where you can find students working' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'you' could be 'u' (homophones) and 'u' is located in the answer.
'working' could be 'on' (e.g. a machine is working or on) and 'on' is located in the answer.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for in unison that I've seen before include "All together at the same pitch" , "All singing the same notes" , "All speaking or singing at the same time" , "Simultaneously" , "All speaking or singing as one" .)
