Ross

I believe the answer is:

minicab

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'wherein there's' is the definition.
I can't tell whether this definition defines the answer.

'little accommodation for the driver' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'little' could be 'mini' and 'mini' is located in the answer.
The remaining letters 'cab' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for minicab that I've seen before include "Type of car hire" , "transport" , "Type of taxi" , "It can't be hailed in the street" , "Hired vehicle" .)

I've seen this clue in the Evening Standard.
