Wine seller's very trendy having the Queen on flipping books! (7)
I believe the answer is:
vintner
'wine seller's' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'queen on flipping books' is the wordplay.
'queen' becomes 'viner' (I can't justify this - if you can you should believe this answer much more).
'on' is an insertion indicator (as in clothing \'on\' a person).
'flipping' shows that the letters should be reversed in order.
'books' becomes 'nt' (New Testament).
'nt' reversed gives 'tn'.
'viner' placed around 'tn' is 'VINTNER'.
'very trendy having the' acts as a link.
I am not very happy about this link. Some or all of it may belong to another bit of the clue.
(Other definitions for vintner that I've seen before include "A wine-merchant" , "Wine producer" , "one in red and white?" , "Wine seller" , "Wine merchant" .)
