Wins with standard moves (4,5)
I believe the answer is:
gets going
'moves' is the definition.
(to get going can mean to move or leave)
'wins with standard' is the wordplay.
'wins' becomes 'gets'.
'with' means one lot of letters go next to another.
'standard' becomes 'going' (eg in the 'going rate').
'gets'+'going'='GETS GOING'
I've seen this clue in The Guardian.
