yoghurt

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'delicious' is the definition.
The definition and answer can be both things that one consumes for nourishment as well as being singular nouns.
Perhaps they are linked in a way I don't understand?

'yoga mostly pain' is the wordplay.
'mostly' means to remove the last letter.
'pain' becomes 'hurt' (hurt is a kind of pain).
'yoga' with its last letter taken off is 'yog'.
'yog'+'hurt'='YOGHURT'

'that could be' is the link.

(Other definitions for yoghurt that I've seen before include "Food from fermented milk" , "Healthy food" , "Fermented milk product" , "Bacteria-treated milk product" , "culture" .)

I've seen this clue in The Hindu.
