I cannot quite see how this works, but
'books' could be 'nt' (New Testament) and 'nt' is found in the answer.
'title' could be 'aga' (I have seen 'Turkish title ' mean 'aga' so perhaps 'title' could also mean 'aga') and 'aga' is present in the answer.
The remaining letters 'term' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
