Being firmly fixed in temporary accommodation (7)
I believe the answer is:
lodging
'temporary accommodation' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'being firmly fixed in' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'in' is found in the answer.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for lodging that I've seen before include "Accomodation" , "Depositing" , "Putting on deposit" , "being fixed" , "For security, giving up" .)
