Collier's broom found in warship? (11)
I believe the answer is:
minesweeper
'warship?' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'collier's broom found in' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'broom' could be 'sweep' (synonyms) and 'sweep' is found within the answer.
'in' is found in the answer.
The remaining letters 'meer' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for minesweeper that I've seen before include "In the main, clearer" , "One removing bombs" , "Naval vessel" , "PC game" , "Warship" .)
