I cannot really understand how this works, but
'over' could be 'on' (physically on top of) and 'on' is found in the answer.
'textile' could be 'serge' (serge is a kind of textile) and 'serge' is present in the answer.
'worker' could be 'ant' (worker is a type of ant) and 'ant' is found in the answer.
The remaining letters 'carry' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
