Concluded no more is remaining (4)
I believe the answer is:
over
This clue is a quadruple definition!!
'concluded' is the first definition.
(I know that concluded can be written as over)
'no' is the second definition.
Both the definition and answer are adjectives. Maybe they are linked in a way I don't understand?
'more' is the third definition.
(I've seen this before)
'is remaining' is the fourth definition.
(as in 'we ate them all but had one over')
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for over that I've seen before include "Having gone < to America" , "See 18" , "Excessive" , "Finished like bowling session" , "Finished, concluded" .)
