Entanglement in Scottish dance (5)
I believe the answer is:
fling
'scottish dance' is the definition.
(as in the Highland fling)
'entanglement in' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'in' is present in the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for fling that I've seen before include "Hurl" , "Try" , "Launch or propel" , "Throw, cast" , "Throw with force" .)
