I know nothing about this answer so I can't judge whether it can be defined by this definition.

'no indication' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'no' could be 'o' (resembles 0 - 'no' can mean 'zero') and 'o' is found within the answer.
'indication' could be 'key' (I've seen this in another clue) and 'key' is present in the answer.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
