I cannot quite see how this works, but
'conceal' could be 'palm' (I've seen this in another clue) and 'palm' is located in the answer.
'best' could be 'top' (top can mean the very best) and 'top' is found within the answer.
This accounts for all the letters.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
