Have to get satellite in orbit to make progress (4,2)
I believe the answer is:
move on
'progress' is the definition.
(I know that progress can be written as move on)
'have to get satellite in orbit to make' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'make' could be 'move' (moving is a kind of making) and 'move' is present in the answer.
The remaining letters 'on' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
Can you help me to learn more?
(Another definition for move on that I've seen is " do something new".)
