I believe the answer is:

pass by

'ignore' is the definition.
(I've seen this in another clue)

'ticket times' is the wordplay.
'ticket' becomes 'pass' (pass is a kind of ticket).
'times' becomes 'by' (both can mean 'multiplied by').
'pass'+'by'='PASS BY'

(Other definitions for pass by that I've seen before include "Go on and leave alone" , "Ignore, overlook" , "Go past - disregard" , "Leave on one side" , "Overlook; go beyond" .)
