In punctuation, does it make a point twice? (5)
I believe the answer is:
colon
'in punctuation' is the definition.
'colon' can be an answer for 'punctuation' (colon is a kind of punctuation). I'm not certain of the 'in' bit.
I can't explain the remainder of the clue.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for colon that I've seen before include ": - bit of the gut" , "Part of intestines" , "Panama port; part of intestine" , "Stop - part of intestine" , "Part of body; two dots" .)
