New home for Geordies? (6)
I believe the answer is:
castle
'new home' is the definition.
'castle' can be an answer for 'home' (I've seen this before). I am not certain of the 'new' bit.
I can't explain the remainder of the clue.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for castle that I've seen before include "ancient building?" , "Keep" , "Imposing residence, perhaps fortified" , "Another word for chess rook" , "''An Englishman's home is his . . .''" .)
