Both the answer and definition are adverbs. Perhaps you can see an association between them that I don't see?

I cannot really see how this works, but
'no' could be 'notany' (similar in meaning) and 'notany' is present in the answer.
The remaining letters 'more' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
