Range of cell components with nothing missing (5)

I believe the answer is:
andes
'range of cell components' is the definition.
'andes' can be an answer for 'range' (South American mountain range). I'm not sure about the 'of cell components' bit.
'with nothing missing' is the wordplay.
'with' becomes 'and'.
'nothing missing' becomes 'es' (I can't justify this - if you can you should give a lot more credence to this answer).
'and'+'es'='ANDES'
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for andes that I've seen before include "World's longest mountain range" , "The range of llamas?" , "Mountains of 6 dn" , "A geographical feature" , "South American mountain chain" .)
