I believe the answer is:

boycott

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'refuse to deal with' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)

'lad with company time and time again' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'lad' could be 'boy' (lad means a young boy) and 'boy' is found within the answer.
'company' could be 'co' (abbreviation) and 'co' is found within the answer.
'time' could be 't' (abbreviation) and 't' is found in the answer.
A single letter 't' remains which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...

(Other definitions for boycott that I've seen before include "send to Coventry" , "Punitive ban" , "Refuse to deal with - outlaw" , "Refuse to patronise" , "Refuse to deal with (someone) as a protest" .)
