The lady who's in occupation (6,5)
I believe the answer is:
career woman
'the lady who's' is the definition.
I don't know anything about this answer so I can't judge whether this works.
'occupation' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'occupation' could be 'career' (career is a kind of occupation) and 'career' is found within the answer.
The remaining letters 'woman' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
'in' acts as a link.
