The point of literature? (3)
I believe the answer is:
nib
This could be a double definition.
'the point' is the first definition.
(I have seen 'Point of pen ' mean 'nib' so perhaps 'point' could also mean 'nib')
'literature?' is the second definition.
Although both the answer and definition are singular nouns, I don't understand how one could define the other.
'of' is the link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for nib that I've seen before include "Point of an old-fashioned pen" , "Part of a fountain pen" , "Writing point of old pen" , "Pen end" , "writer" .)
