Crossword Genius

Tidiness of cockney rubbish collector, say? (5)

Ross

I believe the answer is:

order

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

This clue could be a double definition.

'tidiness of cockney rubbish collector' is the first definition.
'order' can be an answer for 'tidiness' (I've seen this in another clue). I am unsure of the 'of cockney rubbish collector' bit.

'say?' is the second definition.
(I know that say can be written as order)

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for order that I've seen before include "Fettle - kilter" , "goods supplied" , "Annual film award (5)" , "It could be the usual" , "demanding firm discipline" .)

I've seen this clue in the Sydney Morning Herald.
