Transaction which is without credit (4,4)
I believe the answer is:
cash sale
'is without credit' is the definition.
I know nothing about this answer so I cannot tell whether it can be defined by this definition.
'transaction' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'transaction' could be 'sale' (sales are a type of transaction) and 'sale' is present in the answer.
The remaining letters 'cash' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
'which' is the link.
Can you help me to learn more?
